Velma and Hotdog Water are working for Mr. E in trying to "acquire" an item from a museum exhibit in Moscow. But, when they fail, Mr. E just buys the exhibit and has it shipped to Crystal Cove. The exhibit – an evil Russian witch by the name of Baba Yaga and her chicken-legged house – comes to life. The gang adds Hotdog Water as the "new Daphne" and hunt Baba Yaga in Crystal Cove's Haunted Forest of Doom…only to end up being the hunted.
